What do you call the vacuum? I get your point though... I would have an inline duct fan pushing through a hepa filter inside the containment area and then vented outside.

Where does the cooling water go and will the vacuum regulate itself if over heating?
There is no cooling water. The water is to wet down the vermiculite dust. You need to connect one of the 3 inch hoses to the top of the red machine and let that hose hang outside your containment to draw in fresh cool air.

Okay i called and they only manufacture and sell this product. The receptionist directed me to speak to a rep that knows of a contractor the MIGHT rent this equipment but couldn’t be sure. I left a message but I don’t think it’s possible unless the equipment is purchased I didn’t think to ask. It doesn’t seem anymore sophisticated than a commercial vacuum with hepa filter with steel drum collection. As long as you have the protective equipment and take all the precautions it’s doable.
